What we respond to

What we don’t handle by email

We do not provide personalised technical support for individual camera setups or in‑depth repair diagnostics via email. For complex service and repairs, please contact the manufacturer or a certified repair centre.

Response times and priorities

We aim to acknowledge all emails within 48 hours on working days. For non‑urgent feedback and general queries, please expect a full reply within 5 working days. Issues requiring verification or site updates (for example, factual corrections) may take longer, typically up to 10 working days, as we cross‑check sources and consult the editorial team.

Press materials, product loan requests and partnership proposals may follow a longer review process; we will let you know if a decision will take additional time.

Privacy and handling of your information

We handle emails in line with our privacy policy. Any personal information you share by email will be used only to respond to your enquiry and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing without your consent. If you want your message removed from our records after resolution, state this in your email and we will comply where reasonable and lawful.
